12. Seven Mile Bridge, Florida

Extending across the turquoise waters of the Florida Keys, the Seven Mile Bridge is one of the longest bridges in the world. Linking Knight's Key to Little Duck Key, it provides sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico. On peaceful days, the drive is calm, but when storms approach, the exposed bridge becomes a dramatic and sometimes dangerous route.
