#3. Feet together.

  Feet Together Pose
How to Do It: To practice the Feet Together pose, begin by lying on your back on a comfortable surface, placing a pillow under your head for support. Bring the soles of your feet together, allowing your knees to gently fall out to the sides. This position opens up the hips and promotes relaxation. With your arms resting alongside your body, turn your palms up to encourage a sense of openness and tranquility. Keep your hands relaxed and extended, allowing your body to sink into the ground beneath you. Focus on your breath, inhaling deeply through your nose and exhaling slowly through your mouth. Maintain a continuous flow of breath, allowing each inhale to fill your lungs and each exhale to release tension. Hold this posture for approximately three minutes, allowing your body to fully relax and your mind to quiet.
