Animal-Shaped Household Objects Bring Character to Bathrooms, Living Rooms, and Tabletops

A smiling star organizer holds toothbrushes

A bright yellow star-shaped holder sits on a bathroom counter with a toothbrush on either side. Its five rounded points form a wide, stable-looking silhouette, and a simple face with black eyes, a curved mouth, and rosy cheeks gives the central shape a friendly expression. The toothbrushes rise vertically, one lavender and one white, framing the star and making their different heights and colors easy to compare. A small pink tube is partly visible behind the holder. The smooth, vivid yellow form is the strongest color in an otherwise pale setting of white surfaces and beige walls. Its face is positioned toward the viewer, so the object reads as a character as well as a container. The brush handles stand close to the star's sides, adding narrow vertical lines to the composition and balancing its broad horizontal points. The corner of the counter and the nearby faucet establish the bathroom context without drawing attention away from the smiling shape. The result makes a routine countertop arrangement feel lighthearted through color and expression alone.
