Particularly with their universal contempt for some grooming practices, cats and dogs do have some common ground. Among our animal companions, the terrible nail-clipping process is clearly the most often hated pastime. This particular cat developed what he most definitely felt to be a great escape plan since he showed the usual feline dislike of nail care. Rather than attending the unavoidable pruning session, he made the executive choice to "disappear" into what he thought to be a clever hiding place. Sadly for our friend the cat, his selected hiding place, the window frame, proved to be less than perfect for very clear reasons. Any pet owner could clearly see the cat's outline and fur showing through behind the blinds across the room. We have to admit the cat's color-matching technique with the blinds, which would have been more successful under other conditions even if the effort at concealment is somewhat transparent. The cat will receive an 8/10 on this one since he remarkably matched the colour of the blinds and this may have worked at night, though probably only in the most poorly light circumstances.
