This is a graphic depiction of an ex who simply won't stop stalker behavior. The angle makes it much more funny as the cat is sorrowfully clutching its paw against the window. Perhaps the underprivileged cat simply wanted to wave his paw in his owner's direction from distance. The cat must be feeling excluded since his person owns a canine pet and it really appears that he likes him more. Although the dog might be man's best friend, it is not acceptable to desert the small friend who is now somewhat melancholy.

Is the cat plotting to have the dog gone, singing the tune in her brain, "Hello darkness my old friend," or both?
