She asked her husband to take a picture, but his friend and their other dog jumped in. Maybe he is tired of being called "the other dog," or jealous of the attention his sibling receives. In the second photo, you can see the first dog's expression—he knows he is losing the spotlight. Maybe they said cheese, and the second dog arrived right on cue.
They are all attractive dogs, and it appears like everyone had a good walk.
