Curved balconies and sweeping stair walls

A tall brick building stands out through the contrast between its rectangular main body and a series of rounded additions. At the front, a curving brick wall forms a low arched entrance before bending upward alongside an exterior staircase. Higher up, semicircular balconies project from the facade, each supported by a flared concrete column that narrows toward the top. Their repeated shapes create a vertical sequence, while the straight concrete bands and squared side wall keep the composition anchored. The roofline is equally varied: a broad, gently undulating concrete canopy rests above open upper levels, and small plants appear along the ledges. Dark arched openings punctuate the brick walls, adding depth and shadow to the warm facade. The building stands amid fields and disturbed earth, with loose bricks in the foreground. Seen from the front, its most striking quality is the interplay between firm horizontal slabs and the softer curves of the balconies, supports, and stair enclosure.
